Elaine Speller – Founder. Oculus Launchpad 2021 Cohort Alumna, retired Msgt USAF, and DC Gov Program Manager. Leads with 25+ years in leadership, compliance, and urban strategy. Creator of ITDWTRC, merging immersive storytelling with public safety. Nav Gupta – former Technical Advisor; Unity/VR dev who helped shape the prototype. Currently focused on AI but may return post-funding.
